Muddy Crops' is proud to deliver Prairie Boy Bread. Why are we so proud? We're proud because we have been selling this organic and distinct sour dough bread since the Prairie Boy himself, Grant MacPherson, was baking it in a closet in the back of a coffee shop on Sorauren.
Prairie Boy uses only organic flour, grains, sea salt, water and natural sourdough culture. All the bread rests and ferments for 18-36 hours, allowing the bacteria to break down the gluten and create the most awesome flavours.
