Muddy Crops' biodynamic and organic Tatsoi is grown in the earth below a hoophouse. Tatsoi is sometimes used as a spring substitute for spinach. It has a heartier texture and truly melts in the mouth. The flavour is sweet, earthy with mustardy kicks and is packed with wicked nutrients, such as: beta-carotene, vitamins C, K, and A; as well as iron, calcium, potassium and phosphorus.
